• Data once submitted may be converted into a proprietary format and cannot be reverted or returned in its original form.
• Non-compliant data or misuse of platform services may result in content removal or service suspension.
• ROSP holds the right to discontinue access to any user upon cessation of operations or service shutdown.

5. Service Interruptions

• Service disruptions due to infrastructure issues, internet downtime, or natural calamities are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any inconvenience or data loss resulting from such interruptions.

6. Platform Limitations

• Platform upgrades or new features are implemented at ROSP's discretion only.
• Customers have access to services but not to the underlying software or source code.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, software, and materials on the platform are owned solely by ROSP INFOTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms

ROSP may update these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly. Continued use signifies agreement to any updated terms.

9. Termination of Subscription

Subscriptions may be terminated at ROSP’s discretion, with or without prior notice. Misuse of services or breach of terms may result in immediate termination or suspension.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Customer Data Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate and lawful content; ROSP is not liable for consequences resulting from false or unauthorized data.
• Incorrect or harmful data may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user’s subscription.
• Validation or verification of user-provided data is not the responsibility of ROSP.

12. Additional Platform Terms

• The platform may suspend or refuse services without prior notice in case of data misuse or regulatory non-compliance.
• Service downtime due to force majeure events is not liable for compensation.
• Suggestions from customers are welcomed, but implementation is solely under the discretion of ROSP.
• Subscription may be discontinued anytime by ROSP, based on operational, legal, or performance considerations.
